ICU Registered Nurse

Lung Rescue ICU Registered Nurse provides advanced, evidence-based care to critically ill pulmonary and ECMO patients. Perform comprehensive patient assessments and deliver individualized care plans. Manage ventilators and complex infusions, ensuring safe, effective therapy. Respond rapidly to changes in patient condition and coordinate urgent interventions. Collaborate with intensivists, respiratory therapists, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes. Educate patients and families on care needs and treatment plans. Maintain accurate, timely documentation and uphold documentation standards. Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and quality initiatives. Qualifications & skills: Registered Nurse with strong critical care competency, proficiency in ventilator management and complex infusions, rapid clinical decision-making, effective communication, and commitment to safety and evidence-based practice.
