Overview Landry's Select Coordinator Job Summary The Landry's Select Coordinator provides exceptional guest support for the Landry's Select program, Gift Card services, and Guest Relations initiatives. This role responds to customer inquiries through phone, email, and other communication channels in a professional and timely manner. Responsibilities include accurately documenting customer interactions, resolving guest concerns, assisting with the printing and mailing of membership cards, and ensuring a positive guest experience. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while building strong relationships with customers, restaurant locations, management, and team members. Responsibilities Respond to guest inquiries regarding Landry's Select memberships, Gift Cards, and Guest Relations matters. Accurately document and maintain records of customer interactions. Resolve guest complaints and service concerns in a professional and timely manner. Assist with the printing, processing, and mailing of membership cards. Collaborate with internal teams and restaurant locations to support guest satisfaction. Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned. Qualifications Previous customer service, guest relations, or call center experience preferred. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proven ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with customers, restaurant locations, management, and team members. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams. Preferred knowledge of Salesforce, CashStar, UKG, and Calabrio. Posted Salary Range USD $18.00
