Sales support

Job Responsibilities: Collect information on target customers, accompany client‑visiting activities for customer development, and complete the signing of new customers. Assist in formulating sales plans and drive the effective achievement of business objectives. Conduct routine customer maintenance, coordinate and resolve customer exceptions and complex issues. Perform other tasks assigned by leadership. Job Requirements: Fluent and standard oral English. Bachelor’s degree. Majors in Mechanical Engineering, Translation, International Trade or related fields are preferred. Possess good communication and coordination skills, and enjoy interacting with customers. Hard‑working, able to travel on business, hold a valid driving license, and willing to learn sales and foreign‑trade knowledge.
