# Chief SAP e-invoicing Consultant (SD/FI)

We are looking for a Chief SAP e-invoicing Consultant (SD/FI) to steer compliant e-invoicing across SAP and external tax platforms for global clients. You will align SD/FI, billing, tax, and electronic document flows with country mandates, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver stable integrations. Responsibilities Drive and support SAP e-invoicing implementation Engage with clients to collect requirements and clarify business processes Configure and maintain e-invoicing flows in SAP and external tax/e-invoicing platforms Coordinate work in SAP S/4HANA across tax determination, billing, and electronic document processes Oversee integrations with government e-invoicing platforms and third-party providers Define requirements, mappings, interfaces, testing scenarios, and deployment support activities Diagnose e-invoicing incidents and collaborate with SAP, tax, business, and integration teams to resolve them Ensure adherence to local e-invoicing and tax requirements across multiple countries Requirements 7+ years of experience in SAP e-invoicing and electronic invoicing processes Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SD/FI, billing, and tax processes Solid background in e-invoicing platforms and country-specific e-invoicing requirements Deep understanding of integration technologies, APIs, XML/JSON, IDocs, and middleware Clear understanding of VAT, tax reporting, and digital tax compliance requirements Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills Hands-on ability to debug custom developments English proficiency at a B2+ level (Upper-Intermediate) Nice to have Exposure to SAP Integration Suite / CPI or comparable integration platforms We offer International projects with top brands Work with global teams of highly skilled, diverse peers Healthcare benefits Employee financial programs Paid time off and sick leave Upskilling, reskilling and certification courses Unlimited access to the LinkedIn Learning library and 22,000+ courses Global career opportunities Volunteer and community involvement opportunities EPAM Employee Groups Award-winning culture recognized by Glassdoor, Newsweek and LinkedIn
