Many projects are completed in as little as 1-2 days, allowing skilled installers to maximize their earnings while maintaining high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Install acrylic bath and shower systems Complete tub-to-shower conversions Install shower pans, wall surrounds, tubs, and accessories Perform demolition and job-site preparation Handle custom tile installation, including waterproofing, grouting, and finishing Perform light carpentry and basic plumbing modifications Take accurate field measurements Review job specifications and verify materials before installation Pick up materials from the warehouse and transport them to job sites Protect homeowners' property throughout the installation process Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Complete required project documentation and photos Communicate professionally with homeowners and provide excellent customer service Ensure every installation meets company quality standards Who We're Looking For We are seeking dependable, motivated professionals who take pride in their craftsmanship and are looking for a long-term opportunity with substantial earning potential.
