Senior Product Marketing Specialist

Senior Product Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies for banking and digital financial services. The role focuses on effectively positioning new and existing fintech products in the market to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention . Job responsibilities Develop positioning and go-to-market strategies for banking products, considering product interactions Define and develop value propositions, key messages, and competitive advantages Develop annual and quarterly marketing strategies aligned with business priorities Design product promotion mechanics, customer flows, and customer journeys to drive acquisition and retention Collaborate closely with product owners to achieve commercial and revenue targets Manage marketing campaigns end-to-end, including KPI setting, ROI calculation, testing, execution, and ongoing optimization Analyze campaign performance, prepare reports, and present results and recommendations to management and key stakeholders Develop and implement initiatives to improve the department’s effectiveness Mentor and support team members in their professional development Perform other duties related to the role as assigned by the direct manager Required qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field At least 2 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in banking or financial services Strong understanding of banking products, customer needs, and industry trends Skills in market research and data analysis to support strategic decision-making Proven experience in managing multi-phase projects simultaneously with strong attention to deadlines Ability to make data-driven decisions Leadership skills Time management skills
