We're looking for a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team at our Belleville location (4000 West Main St). In this role, you'll be the face of our company, delivering quality products and exceptional service directly to our customers' doors. As a Delivery Driver, you'll play a crucial part in our mission to provide timely, friendly, and professional service while building lasting relationships with the communities we serve. Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in assigned routes within the Belleville area Navigate routes efficiently using GPS technology and local knowledge to optimize delivery times Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers professionally, answering questions, and handling transactions with accuracy and courtesy Maintain organized records of deliveries, customer interactions, and vehicle maintenance Inspect vehicle daily for mechanical issues and report any concerns to management promptly Handle cash and digital payments securely while maintaining accurate transaction records Communicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status, delays, or customer concerns Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies to ensure safe driving practices Maintain a clean and well-organized vehicle interior and exterior Meet delivery targets and performance goals while maintaining a positive, professional demeanor Respond professionally to customer feedback and resolve issues with empathy and transparency Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license Minimum 2 years of verifiable driving history Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check meeting company-specific standards Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposes Strong time management and organizational skills Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Ability to navigate using GPS and map applications Physical capability to safely load, unload, and carry delivery items Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality Professional communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Positive attitude, resilience, and willingness to problem-solve Familiarity with the Belleville area is preferred but not required Valid proof of insurance for personal vehicle Willingness to pass a criminal background check MBR Management Corporation is an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce.
