We are looking for a “ Organizational Development and HRIS Specialist ” to be assigned to our “HR Strategic Planning and Organizational” department located in “ İstanbul HQ.” WHAT DO WE EXPECT ? Bachelor’s degree from reputable universities in Engineering fields, Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the Organizational Development field, Fluent English skills, both written and spoken, Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Especially Excel), Preferably knowledge of Success Factor modules, Strong capability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities and needs, relationships, processes, and workflow to devise most efficient methods of accomplishing work, Having strong quantitative and analytical thinking, multi-tasked working capacity, detail-oriented and willing to research the latest trends in Organizational Development, Ability to work in a team environment with a mindset of full ownership, Excellent communication abilities combined with strong interpersonal skills. WHAT AWAITS YOU ? We are looking for an Organizational Development Specialist to join our Organizational Development & HRIS team and contribute to the effective execution and continuous improvement of our organizational development and HR Information Systems (SF). The role will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day execution of organizational development processes, conducting analyses and reporting, maintaining organizational and HR data , and coordinating with relevant stakeholders across the organization. Key Responsibilities Support the execution of annual headcount planning and budgeting processes, including data preparation, analysis, consolidation and follow-up. Review organizational and headcount requests received from business units and support the related workload analysis, documentation and follow-up processes. Maintain and update organization charts, position information and organizational data in line with approved organizational changes. Support the preparation, review and updating of job descriptions in coordination with relevant business units. Support talent management processes, including data preparation, system activities, reporting and follow-up of action items. Manage and maintain organizational and position data in SuccessFactors, ensuring that all relevant information is accurate, complete, up to date and aligned with approved organizational structures and changes. Support the administration and continuous improvement of SuccessFactor (SF), including data updates, testing, issue tracking and coordination with relevant stakeholders. Participate in HRIS and HR process improvement / digitalization projects, supporting requirements gathering, testing, data preparation, documentation and implementation activities.
