Business Intelligence Analyst

Business Intelligence Analyst Job Responsibilities Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, customer insights, and business opportunities that support strategic decision-making. Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and interactive visualizations using tools such as Tableau or Power BI. Partner with Marketing, Merchandising, Product, Creative, and Leadership to answer business questions and measure performance. Perform data analysis, segmentation, A/B testing, data mining, statistical analysis, and data visualization as needed. Use SQL and analytical tools to query, manipulate, and interpret data from enterprise data warehouses. Review data and reporting for accuracy, completeness, and quality, and collaborate with data teams to resolve issues. Identify opportunities to improve and automate reporting and analytical processes. Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and business stakeholders. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related analytical role. Strong SQL skills and experience with analytical programming using Python, R, or similar tools. 5+ years of experience with BI and data visualization platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik . Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights. Experience with dashboard development, data visualization, and large-scale data analysis. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional business teams. Experience with eCommerce and web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics is a plus. Experience with Alteryx is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field preferred.
