Network Specialist

About Us Kepler was established in 2018 with the support of domestic and international investors and is among Turkey’s fast-growing and innovative companies. Roles and Responsibilities Manages and optimizes network infrastructure across Türkiye, Malaysia, and Latvia locations in terms of performance, security, and continuity Designs, installs, and maintains LAN / WAN / WLAN network systems Configures and manages network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and access points Establishes and manages secure VPN connections between multiple locations Implements network security policies including firewall rules, access control lists (ACLs), and segmentation structures Monitors network performance and ensures continuous improvement through analysis and optimization Performs advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis; develops permanent solutions to network issues Designs and deploys network infrastructure for new office and location setups Maintains accurate and up-to-date network documentation, configurations, and inventory records Supports high availability and redundancy solutions to ensure uninterrupted system operations Coordinates with service providers and follows up SLA processes Collaborates with IT teams to resolve network-related technical issues effectively Ensures compliance with information security policies and data protection regulations (KVKK, GDPR, etc.) Identifies potential security vulnerabilities and implements preventive and corrective actions Contributes to backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes Provides after-hours technical support when required for critical systems Coordinates with external vendors and agencies when necessary Supports continuous improvement by following new technologies and network trends Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Information Technologies, or related fields Proven experience in network administration or network engineering Strong knowledge of LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN technologies and network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.) Hands-on experience with network devices such as Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, or similar Solid understanding of network security principles, firewall management, and segmentation Experience in troubleshooting complex network issues and performing root cause analysis Familiarity with network monitoring and performance analysis tools Experience in managing multi-site or international network infrastructures is a plus Knowledge of information security standards and data protection regulations Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple tasks with strong planning and follow-up discipline Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Good command of written and spoken English What We Offer Transportation allowance Allianz Supplementary Health Insurance Net salary policy – all tax bracket increases during the year are fully covered by Kepler Annual leave entitlement plus an additional 3 days of excuse leave Learning and development-oriented working environment Career growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding international organization
