# Registered Nurse - Circulating Operating Room - Full-Time Days

We are seeking an Experienced Operating Room Nurse to join a dedicated healthcare team. As a RN Clinical Periop Nurse , you will be a proactive member of an interdisciplinary team, delivering individualized, high-quality, and safe patient care in a clinical environment supported by leadership and evidence-based practices. Key responsibilities include performing the nursing process —assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—while ensuring care is culturally sensitive and patient-centered. You will coordinate care through effective communication, maintain documentation, and promote a respectful, inclusive environment. Qualifications include a minimum of 5 years of direct patient care nursing experience , current RN license (single or multi-state), and certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS . The role emphasizes teamwork, professional development, evidence-based practice, and participation in performance improvement initiatives. Additional duties involve resource management, supporting protocols, and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and policies. Candidates should possess strong analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills to excel in this role.
