Registered Nurse - Circulating Operating Room - Full-Time Days

We are seeking an Experienced Operating Room Nurse to join a dedicated healthcare team. As a RN Clinical Periop Nurse , you will be a proactive member of an interdisciplinary team, delivering individualized, high-quality, and safe patient care in a clinical environment supported by leadership and evidence-based practices. Key responsibilities include performing the nursing process —assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—while ensuring care is culturally sensitive and patient-centered. You will coordinate care through effective communication, maintain documentation, and promote a respectful, inclusive environment. Qualifications include a minimum of 5 years of direct patient care nursing experience , current RN license (single or multi-state), and certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS . The role emphasizes teamwork, professional development, evidence-based practice, and participation in performance improvement initiatives. Additional duties involve resource management, supporting protocols, and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and policies.
