Role Description The Service Associate role is a full-time, on-site position located in Oldsmar, FL. In this role, the Service Associate greets members and guests, supports check-in processes, and responds to questions about memberships, amenities, and class schedules. The position includes handling basic account inquiries, processing payments, and assisting with membership sales and upgrades. Day-to-day responsibilities involve maintaining a clean and welcoming front-desk and lobby area, monitoring member flow, and collaborating with team members to ensure a safe and positive environment. The Service Associate also helps resolve member concerns, provides guidance on gym policies, and supports promotional activities and events as needed. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills to build positive relationships with members and guests. Candidates should possess solid Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, to handle inquiries and share information effectively. Candidates should possess sound Analytical Skills and basic Finance skills to manage simple transactions, membership details, and report information accurately. Candidates should demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to follow established procedures and safety guidelines. Candidates should be comfortable working on-site in a fast-paced fitness environment and be available for flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends. Previous experience in a customer-facing, hospitality, or fitness-related role is beneficial. High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
