Title: IVR Quality Analyst Location: Alpharetta, GA/Middle town, NJ Duration: 6 to 12 months Interview: Phone and Skype Job description:-
• Lab Build & Maintenance
• Procure, install and configure Lab equipment across platforms
• IVR Platforms – Avaya, Cisco, Genesys
• Operating System – Linux, Windows, VMware
• Tools – Monitoring tools, configuration tools and performance test tools
• Automation tools across above platforms
• Build lab environments
• Manage change control of lab environments through certification cycles
• Certification strategy including validation of requirements, design
• Provide and justify effort estimates
• Configuring lab and environments for Testing
• Designing and Developing Certification Tools and Automation
• Creating Certification plan and underlying test plans
• Documenting strategy, review and editing
• Escalate technical and project issues to Project Manager
• Report project status to Project Manager
• Provide technical support during deployment in Production
