• voluntary overtime available Respect for your skill, your time, and your safety WHAT YOU WILL DO: Set up and operate multi-axis CNC mills and turning centers to produce precision sheet metal components and finished goods Load tools, set offsets, verify programs, and produce quality parts Read and interpret complex drawings, models, and GD&T requirements Make on-machine edits to improve quality, efficiency, and tool life in accordance with our quality system Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, indicators, height gauges, CMM reports, and visual inspection Work closely with Programming, Engineering, and Quality on process improvements Maintain machine performance through routine cleaning and basic maintenance Follow quality system and safety rules Stay productive by running multiple machines simultaneously Work as part of a collaborative team to build quality products that you\'re proud to put your name on WHAT EXPERIENCE YOU NEED: High school diploma or general education degree (GED), with minimum of three years of related CNC experience Strong ability to hold tight tolerances on complex geometries on preferably aerospace materials (titanium, Inconel, stainless steel, aluminum) Proficient with GD&T, blueprint interpretation, and in-process inspection methods Strong attention to detail, pride in craftsmanship, and a safety-first mindset GREAT BENEFITS: Competitive pay Comprehensive benefits package: Medical, Dental, Vision, Short-Term & Long-Term Disability, and Life Insurance 401(K) Match up to 8% A Work-Life Balance Multiple shift options include day and\...
