Manufacturing Project Coordinator

Job Summary: Coordinate the Multiteria product line from engineering release through production and delivery. Manage schedules, documentation, capacity planning, vendors, and communication between engineering, production, and customers. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate project schedules, production, and installations. Validate engineering releases and maintain project documentation. Manage capacity planning and master production schedules. Track delayed projects and maintain pipeline reports. Follow up with vendors and purchase orders. Lead weekly production/schedule meetings. Report production metrics and project status. Coordinate design changes with engineering. Support order entry and release processes. Requirements: Engineering or manufacturing background preferred. Strong project coordination and scheduling skills. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Strong problem-solving skills.
