Behavior Technician FT

Role Overview: The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) works under supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver individualized behavior-analytic services to children and adolescents with autism. Responsibilities include providing direct ABA therapy , implementing treatment plans and behavior intervention plans (BIPs) , collecting accurate data, and maintaining high standards of care and ethics. Effective communication with clients, families, and professionals, along with strong time management, are essential. Qualifications & Skills: Active RBT certification or ability to obtain it, high school diploma (Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred), experience working with children, strong communication, professionalism, patience, and empathy. Must pass background checks and meet safety requirements.
