About the Role Aaratech Inc. is looking for talented Data Analyst to join our growing team and support client projects across Banking & Financial Services, Healthcare, Retail & E-Commerce, Pharma & Life Sciences, and Utilities & Energy . In this role, you will transform complex business and operational data into actionable insights. You will work closely with business, technical, and domain stakeholders to develop dashboards, analyze trends, identify opportunities, and support data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities Collect, clean, validate, and analyze large and complex datasets using SQL and Python . Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau . Perform trend, variance, root-cause, and exploratory data analysis. Translate business requirements into meaningful analytical solutions and KPIs. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, quality, and governance across reporting platforms. Prepare analytical reports and communicate insights to technical and business stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business problems and recommend data-driven solutions. Support domain-specific analytics such as risk and fraud, healthcare claims and quality, customer behavior, pharmaceutical analytics, or energy and operational analytics. Document analytical processes, data sources, definitions, and reporting logic. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics , or a related field. 2–4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytics role. Strong hands-on SQL skills, including complex joins, CTEs, window functions, and query optimization. Proficiency with Power BI or Tableau . Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Power Query, Pivot Tables, and advanced formulas. Experience with Python and libraries such as pandas and NumPy. Strong analytical, problem-solving, data-storytelling, and communication skills. Ability to work with large datasets and translate analytical findings into actionable business recommendations.
