Maintenance Project Manager

Company vehicles are supplied for work, so a personal vehicle is not needed for this job. Responsibilities Work is varied, including—but not limited to—: Managing and performing light construction (room use modification, door install/removal, etc.), water damage remediation/repair, painting, general troubleshooting and repairs. Project management requires reviewing plans, coordinating staff and contractors and onsite management of tech team performing the work. This is a management-level position that requires candidates to possess the following: Qualifications • Commercial construction experience • Preferably basic experience and knowledge of plumbing, electrical and HVAC • Ability to lead/manage a team/project • Great communication skills • Professionalism and close attention to detail • High moral character • Self-Motivation • Solid work ethic • Ability to problem solve • A valid driver's license • Computer/tablet/smartphone literacy • Ability to work with a team or independently About the Company Crow's Nest Property Management was established in 2004 and has been serving the Southern Maine area since.
