Senior Software Engineer

POSITION TITLE Senior Software Engineer Position Summary In this position, you will lead the design, development, and expansion of a cloud-based platform serving manufacturing organizations, helping scale document management, search capabilities, enterprise integrations, and secure multi-tenant environments to support continued growth in the U.S. market Responsibilities Design and develop document ingestion and metadata modeling capabilities Build and enhance search and retrieval functionality Develop enterprise integration solutions Design secure multi-tenant workflows Improve service reliability, observability, performance, and operational efficiency Lead feature development across the full software development lifecycle, including design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance Contribute to architectural planning and technical decision-making Drive code quality through design reviews and code reviews Mentor engineers and support technical development across the team Collaborate closely with Product Management and Customer Success teams Translate customer feedback and business needs into technical requirements and impactful deliverables Qualifications 5+ years of professional software engineering experience Proven experience designing, building, and operating production-grade applications Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure) Strong experience in frontend engineering (such as React and modern web architectures) or distributed systems design and implementation, including microservices and high-throughput systems Preferred Qualifications Experience leveraging AI tools to improve software delivery and engineering processes Experience integrating AI capabilities or third-party services into backend systems and data pipelines Experience working within compliance-driven environments such as ITAR, FedRAMP, or CMMC Strong knowledge of relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL and database optimization LOCATION Remote within the United States (Candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S., VISA sponsorship is not available) EMPLOYMENT TYPE Full-Time SALARY USD 150,000-200,000 BENEFITS Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(K), Life Insurance, Short-term and long-term disability coverage, and Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
