This role will report to a department supervisor who will set expectations for the internship, oversee training, guide the intern through the project, while providing regular feedback. We will provide paid parking. What Does this Department Do? Our software engineering teams build, enhance, and maintain various proprietary applications that ensure a good employee and client experience. What will the intern do? This intern will with software engineering managers and other software engineers to help in development tasks related to our applications and ongoing projects, which could include coding, test-driven development, and other tasks to help Apex achieve our software engineering department goals. What areas of study and skills are best suited for this role? well suited for Computer Science majors understanding of object-oriented programming, software development lifecycle, software troubleshooting, CI/CD processes, and other development tasks
