Medical Receptionist - Primary Care

Position: Medical Receptionist in a primary care setting, responsible for providing front desk and call center support. Key Duties: Answering and responding to patient calls, greeting patients, collecting co-pays, scheduling appointments and referrals, managing patient forms, follow-up calls, and electronic medical records. Customer Service & Support: Delivering courteous, timely assistance while maintaining patient confidentiality and fostering positive patient relations. Qualifications: At least 6 months of related experience, proficient computer and keyboard skills, knowledge of age-related care principles, and ability to operate standard office equipment. Preferred Skills: Strong communication, patient confidentiality, experience with medical terminology, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
