What Do We Expect From You? • BS degree in Mechanical/Aerospace/Aeronautical/Mechatronic/Metallurgical and Materials Engineering from reputable universities • A working knowledge of quality management systems (AS9100, AS9110, ISO9001, etc.) • Proficiency in MS Office applications, • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, • Strong team player with a collaborative mindset, • Ability to effectively manage stakeholders through strong communication skills, • Goal and result oriented working discipline, • A mindset that supports continuous learning and personal development, • Ability to quickly adapt to changing conditions with high emotional resilience, • Strong data-driven, analytical, and objective decision-making skills, • Currently residing in Eskişehir or willing to relocate. Desired Requirements • Knowledge of civil aviation legislation and regulations (Part145, Part-21, etc.) • Knowledge of civil aviation organisation approvals • Knowledge of safety management systems • Knowledge of Root Cause Analysis Methods • Auditing experience in maintenance environment • Experience in assisting and supporting regulatory, customer or third-party audits The Journey, Powered by You, Begins: AIT&MRO Quality System and Certification Engineer will be responsible for carrying out necessary studies to obtain required national/international aviation approvals, providing sustainability of these approvals, planning and performing internal and supplier audits to verify that organization meets requirements of applicable national/international standards and customers for aircraft engine assembly, inspection, test, maintenance, repair and overhaul activities.
