# Customer Service Advisor (Bilingual)

Role Overview The Customer Service Advisor is the first and last point of contact for customers, responsible for creating positive impressions and fostering loyalty. You will use product knowledge to recommend oil change options and additional services, supported by comprehensive training to develop your skills and confidence. Key Responsibilities Engage with customers face-to-face, suggesting suitable services based on inspections and manufacturer recommendations. Communicate effectively to ensure customer satisfaction and understanding. Assist with product and service knowledge, becoming an expert over time. Support team efforts with cross-training as a top-side technician. Qualifications & Skills Effective interpersonal and oral communication skills. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a non-climate-controlled environment. Full mobility to stand, climb stairs, and work with hands above the head. Ability to read, understand, and follow safety procedures and training materials. English fluency; bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
