Recruiting Specialist

Job Summary The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for partnering with hiring managers to determine short and long-term talent needs for their teams.  In addition, this role will actively recruit through heavy talent sourcing, candidate identification, and growth of business affiliations by attending various recruiting events.  In this role, the ideal candidate will balance duties of the full recruiting cycle in addition to strategic initiatives related to recruitment best practices including development and management of processes, procedures, and systems, and mentoring other Talent Acquisition team members. This is an in-office position, Monday • Friday, day shift schedule
