We are looking for an “Electrical/ Electronics Engineer – Wind Energy Project and Operations Assistant Specialist” to take part in the electrical, automation, and operational processes of our existing and new wind energy investments. Candidate Profile / Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Preferably 2–4 years of experience in the construction, commissioning, or operation processes of power plant projects, Knowledge of high-voltage (HV) systems, substations, switchgear equipment, and SCADA systems, Knowledge of wind turbine technologies and energy storage systems, or willingness to develop expertise on these fields, Ability to effectively coordinate with governmental authorities, consultants, and contractors, Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a solution-oriented mindset and adaptability to a dynamic working environment, Proficiency in reporting, data analysis, and presentation preparation; ability to integrate Microsoft Office and AI-based tools into business processes, Good command of written and spoken English, No travel restrictions and ability to work at project sites in different locations, Class B driving license and active driving experience. Duties and Responsibilities Take an active role in the electrical, automation, commissioning, and operational processes of existing and new wind energy projects, Contribute to the preparation and review of electrical design, technical specification, and technical documentation of projects, Monitor field applications and verify that the works comply with approved designs, technical specifications, quality standards, and project schedules, Follow the planned and unplanned maintenance, failure management, and spare parts processes of operational power plants, Monitor and analyze the plants’ production, availability, downtime, lost energy, and other performance indicators, Analyze potential failure and risk sources and plan preventive actions, Monitor plant and turbine data, identify performance deviations and potential technical issues, and communicate them to the relevant teams, Monitor periodic maintenance plans, field activities, and contractor works, Support monitoring the compliance of projects with applicable legislation, grid connection requirements, and contractual obligations, Work in coordination with the company’s project development, engineering, and operations teams, Take assignments at project and operational sites in different locations when required.
