# Marketing Manager

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead brand, demand generation, and go-to-market execution for a growing B2B organization in the Toledo area. This role owns integrated marketing strategy across digital, content, events, and sales enablement. You will partner closely with sales and leadership to drive awareness, inbound pipeline, and measurable growth. ### Responsibilities Build and execute integrated marketing plans (digital, content, email, events, and direct) aligned to company growth goals Own brand positioning and ensure consistency across customer-facing materials and communications Plan and manage presence at industry trade shows and events Partner with sales on lead generation, campaigns, and sales enablement (collateral, presentations, launch kits) Manage the company website, digital channels, marketing technology, and SEO programs Drive online lead generation and conversion through integrated campaigns and social channels Support market research and competitive intelligence to inform positioning and go-to-market Support product/service launches with messaging, promotion, and enablement materials Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and freelance creative resources Track and report marketing performance (campaign ROI, lead generation, web analytics, event outcomes) Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources efficiently Travel approximately 10% as needed ### Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in a B2B environment Proven experience managing integrated marketing campaigns and trade show / event programs Strong project management skills; able to run multiple initiatives at once Experience with digital marketing tools (website CMS, email marketing, marketing automation, analytics) Experience with CRM development and improvement Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales and product/operations teams ### Compensation $120,000+ base, commensurate with experience
