We are seeking a hands-on Facilities Technician to support the day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of a climate-controlled facility in Cranberry Township, PA. This position is ideal for someone with mechanical, basic electrical, and general maintenance experience who enjoys troubleshooting and completing a variety of facility projects. This is also a strong opportunity for a Field Service or Electro-Mechanical Technician looking to transition from a travel-based position into a stable, facility-based role. Key Responsibilities Perform general facility maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance. Troubleshoot and repair basic mechanical and electrical issues. Complete minor electrical work, including running conduit, feeding wire, routing cable, and supporting electrical/fiber installations. Assist with the installation, relocation, and repair of facility equipment and infrastructure. Perform basic mechanical repairs and general building maintenance. Identify maintenance issues and determine when outside contractors are required. Coordinate with contractors for larger or specialized projects. Safely use hand tools, power tools, ladders, and facility maintenance equipment. Qualifications Experience in facilities maintenance, field service, electro-mechanical maintenance, building maintenance, or a related technical role. Working knowledge of mechanical and basic electrical systems. Experience with basic conduit, wiring, cable routing, or low-voltage installations. Strong hands-on troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Comfortable using common hand and power tools. Ability to safely use ladders and occasionally operate a scissor lift.
