We are seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer to join our Company operating in a highly strategic industry. Reporting directly to the CEO, the COO will hold overall accountability for the company’s operational execution, encompassing technical management, manufacturing, quality and engineering activities. The role calls for a senior leader who looks beyond day-to-day execution, maintains a company-wide perspective, establishes clear accountability, and aligns operational priorities with the company’s broader strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities Lead the Company’s operational functions and translate business strategy into clear operational priorities, ensuring effective execution and alignment with broader business objectives. Own overall operational performance across quality, cost, productivity, capacity, reliability, and delivery targets. Ensure effective cross-functional collaboration, align competing priorities, and establish clear accountability for decision-making. Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across functional boundaries. Develop teams, strengthen leadership capability, and build succession within the organisation. Provide the CEO with clear, data-driven insights on operational performance, risks, opportunities, capacity, and strategic investment needs. Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Engineering from a reputable university. Minimum 20 years of operations and manufacturing experience, including at least 8 years in senior leadership roles with responsibility for multiple technical functions. Broad understanding of overall operations management, strong track record of improving operational performance through KPIs, structured problem solving, and continuous improvement. Demonstrated ability to make difficult cross-functional decisions and take personal ownership of operational outcomes. Excellent command of English.
