Established no-touch freight network Midwest and Eastern U.S. operating lanes 2,500 to 3,000 miles per week Kenworth T680 equipment with driver-focused features Compensation CDL-A truck drivers earn $1,400 to $1,800 per week depending on experience and productivity. Guaranteed pay begins after 30 days of employment. Guaranteed pay after 30 days Quarterly raises tied to performance Paid orientation at $100 per day Drivers are eligible for quarterly raises based on safety performance and production metrics. Orientation pay is $100 per day. Equipment & Freight Drivers operate Kenworth T680 tractors (4 years old or newer) equipped with: Automatic transmission APU and inverter Voice navigation and in-cab 5th wheel release Freight consists of dry van trailers hauling general commodities and customer freight throughout established operating lanes. Drivers typically average 2,500 to 3,000 miles per week while hauling customer freight through established dry van lanes. Established customer freight helps provide year-round hauling opportunities and dependable weekly mileage for drivers. Home Time This position provides home weekly scheduling. Time at home is planned around route assignments and freight availability while maintaining consistent mileage opportunities throughout the week.
