Social Media Specialist

Aura Smile Studio is looking for a creative and technically skilled Social Media Specialist to join our team in Antalya. QUALIFICATIONS Previous experience in social media content creation, video editing or digital media Strong visual storytelling and content production skills Good understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube content formats Able to work independently and manage multiple projects Residing in or willing to relocate to Antalya TECHNICAL SKILLS Advanced knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom Experience with After Effects, motion graphics and animated text is preferred Ability to edit short-form videos, Reels, TikToks, interviews and promotional content Knowledge of colour correction, sound editing, subtitles, transitions and video export settings Experience using professional cameras, lighting equipment, microphones and stabilisers Ability to prepare content in different formats and aspect ratios for social media platforms Familiarity with Canva, CapCut and Meta Business Suite is an advantage JOB DESCRIPTION Shooting and editing photo and video content Creating Reels, TikToks, stories, interviews and promotional videos Preparing visual content for social media campaigns Managing the content calendar and publishing schedule Supporting patient shoots, clinic shoots and behind-the-scenes content Following social media trends and developing new content ideas Organising and archiving photo and video files WHAT WE OFFER Competitive compensation package Creative and dynamic working environment Professional equipment and production resources Career development opportunities
