What's Exciting About the Role Verifone is looking for a Sales Support Analyst to join our CarCAAn (Caribbean, Central America, Andean/South American) regional sales team, based in Miami. This role provides critical operational and analytical support to the sales team covering the region. You'll work closely with sales leadership, account managers, and cross-functional partners (finance, legal, operations) to keep deals moving, reporting accurate, and the sales process running smoothly. This is a great fit for someone who's organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working across time zones and cultures, and energized by supporting a fast-moving, multi-market sales organization. Responsibilities Support the sales team with pipeline management, CRM data hygiene, and opportunity tracking across the CarCAAn portfolio Monitor and follow up on customers’ orders to ensure timely processing, address any issues or delays, and ensure orders are fulfilled as expected Help prepare materials for internal, and partner/customer meetings Identify process gaps and support continuous improvement of sales operations workflows Liaise with internal teams (finance, legal, operations, marketing, etc.) to resolve deal-related questions or blockers Create internal orders and purchase requisitions Support customer compliance processes, ensuring accurate documentation and policy adherence Assist with collections efforts by monitoring outstanding balances and facilitating payment resolution Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience 2+ years of experience in sales support, sales operations, or a similar analytical/administrative role Strong Excel skills; experience with CRM systems, Salesforce knowledge is a plus Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Bilingual English/Spanish required; comfort working across LATAM and Caribbean markets Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment Experience in payments, fintech, or technology sales is a plus Our Commitment Verifone is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
