Quality Control Unit Manager

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Minimum 7 years of experience in quality management systems and quality control processes, including at least 3 years of team management experience, Proven experience in supplier quality management and customer quality processes, Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles is preferred, Experience in internal and external audit processes, Fluent in written and spoken English, Strong analytical thinking, reporting and organizational skills, Strong communication, coordination and team management skills, Results-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, Residing on the Asian side of Istanbul or willing to do so. Job Description Establish, develop and monitor quality control processes to ensure compliance with company quality standards, Define quality control checkpoints throughout production processes and ensure that related procedures and work instructions are prepared, implemented and kept up to date, Plan, monitor and evaluate corrective and preventive actions to improve process effectiveness, Analyze product and process non-conformities, conduct root cause analyses, coordinate improvement activities and prepare relevant reports, Analyze customer, dealer and field quality feedback to support continuous improvement of quality performance, Evaluate quality feedback received from international customers and dealers, coordinate with relevant departments and manage improvement activities, Manage supplier quality activities, evaluate supplier performance and lead supplier development initiatives, Ensure the effective implementation and sustainability of calibration, measurement systems and quality management system activities.
