This role is embedded within our integrative care model, partnering closely with pediatric providers, care teams, and families to deliver coordinated, child-centered behavioral health care.  WHAT YOU'LL DO:    As a Child/Adolescent Therapist at Zarminali, you will focus on: Clinical Assessment & Care: Deliver high-quality pediatric behavioral health assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans tailored to each child and family Patient Population: Provide behavioral health services to pediatric patients, supporting a wide range of developmental, emotional, and behavioral needs. Growth & Emotional Wellbeing: Promote emotional development and resilience through early identification, therapeutic intervention, and evidence-based care. Family Engagement & Education: Engage and educate families to reinforce understanding, alignment, and participation in care Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation in accordance with organizational and regulatory standards. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with pediatric providers, care teams, and multispecialty partners to deliver coordinated, whole-child care in a virtual environment. WHAT WE LOOK FOR We’re seeking behavioral health therapists who are energized by integrated, team-based care, and motivated to make a meaningful impact. At Zarminali, clinicians are supported to deliver compassionate, high-quality care while collaborating as therapists, advocates, and educators for children and families. Communication: Builds trust with pediatric patients and families and fosters open dialogue. Advocate: Supports children and caregivers by meeting them where they are and connecting them with appropriate resources. Collaborative: Partners with pediatricians and interdisciplinary care team members to deliver coordinated care. Growth-Orientated: Engages in continuous learning and evidence-based practice improvement. Family First: Centers care on family values through empathetic, collaborative, and evidence-based guidance. WHAT YOU’LL NEED:    Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited program Current and unrestricted license to practice as an LPC or LCSW or LMFT in Colorado.  Minimum of 2 to 3 years of post-licensure experience providing therapy, assessment, or behavioral health services to pediatric patients ages 3-18 in a pediatric, family, or integrated care setting Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative, team-based environment that values integration between behavioral and physical health Experience assessing and treating pediatric behavioral health conditions such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, behavioral challenges, trauma, and adjustment concerns. Zarminali Pediatrics is a national organization, and compensation is determined using market-informed data, including industry benchmarks. Salary ranges may vary based on geographic location, local market conditions, state-specific factors, and individual qualifications, including years of experience, education, and scope of responsibility. The total estimated compensation range for this position, including any applicable productivity inventive is $72k-$115k annually. . This range reflects the minimum and maximum base pay we reasonably expect to offer for this role at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors such as experience, skills, and internal equity.
