Staffing Recruiter | Starting at $18/hr + Incentives Do you like being busy, talking to people all day, and figuring things out on the fly? We're hiring a Staffing Recruiter to join our growing team. You'll talk with job seekers, find the right fit, and get them placed with our clients. No recruiting experience needed. We'll teach you that part. What You'll Do Handle the full process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding Get to know candidates and what they're good at and looking for Work with clients to understand what they need and what their workplace is like Present the right candidates, then guide everyone through interviews and offers Keep candidate and client records accurate and current in our system What We're Looking For Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (No holidays, no weekends, no evenings) Someone who picks up new technology easily and isn't intimidated by learning new systems Comfortable talking to anyone and able to build trust fast A self-starter who doesn't need to be told what's next Organized and detail-oriented, even when things get busy Genuine care for the people you place and the clients you serve Spanish/English bilingual is a plus Who This Job Is Great For This role works well for people with office or administrative experience, and just as well for those coming from serving, bartending, or other hospitality jobs. If you can multitask, stay calm when things get hectic, and learn as you go, you'll do well here. What We Offer We're good to our people, and it shows.
