Senior Manager, GTM Systems & Automation

You're building the system that replaces that: AI agents and automations reps depend on every day, and the foundations that make our marketing campaigns faster and more precise. This is a global remit supporting our sales and marketing teams. You set the strategy, own the architecture, and you're the primary builder. The work rarely arrives scoped. It usually starts as an outcome someone needs, and you come back with a plan, a timeline, and something that works. What you’ll be doing Set the GTM systems strategy and roadmap alongside sales and marketing leadership, and own the Salesforce architecture and data flowing between it, Outreach, Snowflake, and our enrichment and intent sources, plus the reporting everyone runs off Automate the prospecting and ABM motion end to end, from account sourcing, research and enrichment through scoring, routing, sequencing and inbound speed to lead Drive marketing performance with better targeting, cleaner data and faster routing, so campaigns reach key accounts at speed and convert to pipeline Put AI agents into daily production use, including our Second Brain sales intelligence repository and in-the-moment rep enablement, and keep them working: monitor quality, handle errors, and decide where a human signs off before anything reaches a customer Build systems that hold, with validation, monitoring and tests, not workflows that need babysitting Drive adoption: roll it out, train the people using it, measure rep time saved and pipeline created, and kill what doesn't work What you'll need 5+ years in marketing ops, rev ops, sales ops, or growth. Experience in tech, SaaS or AI is a must. Salesforce experience preferred AI workflows running in production, the numbers they moved, and how you knew the output was good enough to trust You build with Claude and Cursor daily. You don't need to write Python or SQL from scratch, but you can read it, direct the AI, and verify the output before it touches a live system A stitcher who connects tools that were never meant to talk to each other, ideally hands-on with Outreach, Apollo or ZoomInfo, intent and visitor ID, n8n and APIs, or similar Commercial bias and enough sales exposure to know whether a workflow actually helps someone close a deal Comfort with ambiguity, judgement about what not to build, and the discipline to document what you ship A strong commitment to the Indeed Flex mission: helping people get jobs, instantly How We'll Assess You A conversation about a system you built: what it replaced, how it runs, what changed because of it A practical exercise on real data from our motion A working session with the B2B Marketing Director and a Head of Revenue What you’ll get $130,000 to $140,000 annual salary Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401K Performance-based bonus totaling 12% of annual salary Access to Company & Employee Benefits 25 days PTO (prorated) + Birthday Off 8 Paid Holidays  Duvet days (½ day off every quarter) Volunteer days About Us We’re helping people get jobs by modernising the world of temporary work. This position requires the employee to drive. Position Type / Expected Hours of Work Full-Time Position. Hours are Monday • Friday, 8 AM • 5 PM. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.  TravelThis position requires minimal travel, less than 25% of the time. Most travel is outside of the local area and will require overnight accommodations.  All travel is subject to the Indeed Flex travel policy and will be recompensed per the policy.
