Product Designer -Accessories

Are you a creative, trend-focused designer with a passion for home decor and product development? Our client, a growing consumer products company, is seeking a Product Designer (Accessories) to create innovative products for major retail partners while collaborating with customers and global teams throughout the development process. This is a Full-Time position that is open to candidates that have one year of experience to 4-5 years of experience. The client has an office in Covington, KY and is in office 1-2 days a week. What You'll Do • Create original artwork and product designs for home decor and lifestyle products. • Translate customer feedback, market trends, and product requirements into commercially successful designs. • Present concepts directly to customers and incorporate revisions throughout the approval process. • Develop and maintain accurate design files, product specifications, and supporting documentation. • Partner with overseas teams on product sampling, pricing, and design execution. • Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and quality expectations. What We're Looking For • Strong artistic abilities with a keen eye for color, composition, and design trends. • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator. • Experience with AI design tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, or similar platforms is a plus. • Ability to balance creative vision with customer requirements and technical specifications. • Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills. • Comfortable working independently while collaborating across departments and international teams. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. • Graphic Design degree or related coursework preferred. • Illustration, painting, or other fine art experience is a plus.
