Job Title: Sr. Account Executive, Business Development / Account Executive, Business Development Department: Ticketing Reports to: Director, Premium Hospitality & Business Development Position Summary: We are excited to welcome two sales professionals to our growing Ticket Sales and Service team. These individuals will be responsible for generating new business revenue across FC Cincinnati’s full portfolio of ticketing and hospitality products, including season tickets, partial plans, premium hospitality, suites, and group experiences. Through consistent B2B and B2C prospecting, networking, appointments, and customized sales presentations, they will develop a strong pipeline, build and maintain a book of business, and create lasting relationships with prospective clients. We are looking for motivated, results-driven professionals who bring a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to contributing to the continued growth of FC Cincinnati. What You’ll Do: Achieve all daily, weekly, and monthly activity goals. Maintain the hierarchy of our three ticket department pillars: Attitude, Effort, and Results. Sell full menu of ticket products for FC Cincinnati, including, but not limited to full and partial season ticket packages, group tickets, and premium single match products. Manage interactions with prospects through use of CRM system including accurately documenting client information and abiding by team policies and procedures. Build relationships with prospective customers via outbound communication efforts and enhance those relationships through face to face and virtual appointments. Assist with sales efforts including customer service that will lead to up-selling existing and new clients. Assist event staff during matches and special events with day-to-day customer service, operations, ticket fulfillment, and other miscellaneous duties. Responsible for meeting or exceeding individual and team performance and developmental goals. Attend events and complete other duties assigned. Meet or exceed individualized and team assigned sales goals. What You’ll Need: 1+ year of direct sports sales or equivalent experience for the Account Executive, Business Development role/ 3+ years of direct sports sales experience or equivalent for the Sr. Account Executive, Business Development role. High school diploma required. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education and experience preferred. Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays as required by FCC game schedules, premium and hospitality events. Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Calendar. What You’ll Bring: A positive, team-first, "Make it happen" attitude.
