# Customer Service Advisor

Role Overview The Customer Service Advisor is the initial and final point of contact for customers, responsible for creating positive impressions and fostering loyalty through product knowledge and service recommendations. Comprehensive training ensures effective communication and technical understanding, regardless of prior experience. Key Responsibilities Engaging with customers to suggest services based on inspections and manufacturer guidelines. Providing exceptional face-to-face interactions and communicating effectively. Promoting additional services to enhance customer experience. Assisting in basic vehicle maintenance and understanding safety procedures. Working in a non-climate-controlled environment while maintaining safety standards. Reviewing training materials and operational instructions to ensure safety and efficiency. Qualifications & Skills Effective interpersonal and communication skills. Comfort in suggesting services and working with customers. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. Willingness to be cross-trained as a top-side technician. Full mobility and manual dexterity. fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
