Growth & Digital Marketing Specialist

We’re looking for a Growth & Digital Marketing Specialist to help grow Cerebrovita’. This is a hands-on role for someone who is strong in digital marketing and wants to take broader ownership across e-commerce and growth. Location: Maslak, Istanbul • On-site What You’ll Do Manage and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns end-to-end . Analyze performance using GA4 and advertising platforms and turn insights into actions. Identify and test new acquisition channels and growth opportunities beyond paid advertising. Use customer, sales, and behavioral data to identify growth opportunities and bottlenecks across the funnel. Continuously experiment with new campaigns, offers, channels, partnerships, and growth ideas, measure their impact, and scale what works. Improve e-commerce performance across campaigns, landing pages, product pages, and the customer journey. Develop CRM and customer lifecycle initiatives across engagement, retention, repeat purchase, and reactivation. Collaborate with designers and content partners to develop and test high-performing creatives. Explore and use AI tools to improve campaign execution, analysis, creative workflows, and productivity. What We’re Looking For 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or growth . Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns . Experience with Google Ads and web analytics tools such as GA4. Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and optimization. Analytical, commercially minded, and comfortable working with data. Data-driven mindset with a strong focus on ROI and measurable business outcomes. A growth mindset, curious about why customers convert, what prevents them from converting, and constantly looking for new ways to grow the business. Interest in e-commerce, conversion, and customer growth. Proactive and comfortable taking ownership from idea to execution. Nice to Have Experience with Shopify, ikas, or similar e-commerce platforms. Experience with CRM, email marketing, CRO, or marketplaces. Experience in D2C, consumer health, wellness, or similar businesses.
