Diesel Mechanic/Technician -

Tired of doing the same repair every day? Come work where no two days are alike. We’re looking for technicians who enjoy solving problems, learning new skills, and taking pride in keeping a fleet safe and reliable. You’ll work on one of Michigan’s largest refuse fleets, including Mack, Autocar, Freightliner, Kenworth, and International trucks with Cummins and Mack engines. This isn’t a dealership. This isn’t flat-rate. This is a professional fleet maintenance shop where quality repairs matter. What You’ll Work On Diesel engine diagnostics and repair Hydraulics Electrical troubleshooting PTO systems Air brake systems Suspension and steering Welding and fabrication Preventive maintenance HVAC repairs Refuse body systems (we’ll teach you) Every truck that comes through our shop is an opportunity to make it safer and more reliable than when it arrived. What We’re Looking For You do not need to know garbage trucks. We’re interested in people with experience working on things like: Heavy trucks Heavy equipment Farm equipment Construction equipment Diesel pickups Automotive diagnostics Military vehicles If you have a solid mechanical foundation and a willingness to learn, we’ll invest in your training.
