What You Bring: 8+ years of experience in estimating for heavy civil and infrastructure projects (bridges, highways, utilities, etc.). Expertise in cost estimation, pricing, and budgeting for large-scale public infrastructure projects. Proficiency with estimating software, Bluebeam, Procore, and project management tools. Proven track record of successful collaboration with project teams and stakeholders.
