Accounting Specialist – Fixed Asset Management

Why You'll Love Working With Us A supportive, inclusive culture that values diversity and teamwork Professional growth through training, mentorship, and coaching Competitive compensation and benefits that support your well-being The chance to make a real impact through sustainable, high-quality products Key Responsibilities Create and maintain fixed asset master data; manage transfers, disposals, and depreciation entries Coordinate periodic and year-end physical fixed asset counts and related documentation Create and track investment orders; ensure capitalizations comply with VUK and IFRS Prepare investment incentive files and support related documentation for Treasury, EMRA, and other authorities Prepare monthly CIP and movement reports and reconcile against the trial balance Review and control of expenditures and AFE (Authorization for Expenditure) requests to determine whether they should be classified as CAPEX or OPEX in accordance with company policies and accounting standards. Management of Inflation Accounting and Asset Revaluation Processes regarding Asset Accounting. Coordinate stock counts and prepare related reports Prepare import, related-party transaction, and non-deductible expense reports. Ad-hoc reports. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting, focused on fixed assets and/or investments Hands-on experience with the SAP Fixed Assets (FI-AA) module required; SAP Investment/Procurement modules a plus Solid knowledge of local statutory legislation and IFRS Experience with investment incentive and allowance applications Strong PC and reporting skills; proficient in MS Office Good command of English; knowledge of German is a plus
