With a team of over 90 employees, 711 is in a strong scale-up phase , focused on innovation, product development and international expansion. We’re looking for an experienced and hands-on Product Manager with strong payments expertise to join our team in St. Julian’s, Malta . You will take ownership of the day-to-day product experience for our MGA-regulated casino business , working closely with our Head of Product and wider Group Product team in Belgium. You will combine broad iGaming product management experience with practical knowledge of payments, payment providers and integrations to optimise the player journey, shape product priorities and support the further development of our MGA business. About the role As Product Manager, you will be the local product contact for our Malta business and an important link between the Malta organisation and our wider Group Product and Technology teams. You will manage and optimise the product experience across the full player journey – from registration and verification through deposits, gameplay and withdrawals to account closure. Payments will be a key part of your role. You will work with payment service providers and integrations, optimise payment flows and support the Head of Product in developing the longer-term payment strategy for 711 Group . You will collaborate closely with Product, Technology, Payments, Compliance, Legal, Operations, Finance, Marketing and Customer Support, as well as external platform, game, payment and technology providers. In addition, you will assume the role of Technology Key Function holder for the Malta licensed entity, as required by the MGA . You will report directly to the Head of Product in Belgium and work closely with the Malta CEO . What will you do? Manage and continuously improve the day-to-day product experience for our MGA-regulated business. Collaborate with the Head of Product on the product roadmap and priorities for Malta. Identify opportunities to improve acquisition, conversion, retention and customer experience . Translate business, customer and regulatory needs into clear product requirements, user stories and priorities . Manage the MGA product backlog , balancing commercial value, customer experience, technical feasibility and regulatory requirements. Coordinate product launches, enhancements and changes with internal and external stakeholders. Monitor product performance and player behaviour and use data and feedback to drive improvements. Optimise the complete player journey , including registration, KYC, deposits, gameplay and withdrawals. Payments Act as the product point of contact for payment-related initiatives within the MGA business. Work with PSPs, payment providers and platform teams on payment integrations and optimisation. Support the onboarding and implementation of new payment methods . Define requirements for deposits, withdrawals, refunds, chargebacks and payment flows. Monitor payment performance, approval rates, conversion and transaction failures. Work closely with Risk, Fraud, Compliance and Finance on payment-related requirements. Contribute to the long-term payment strategy for 711 Group . MGA & Technology Key Function Ensure product solutions take account of relevant MGA requirements and internal policies . Work with Compliance and Legal to translate regulatory requirements into practical product solutions. Ensure Responsible Gaming, KYC, AML and player protection requirements are appropriately reflected in the product. Assume the role of Technology Key Function holder for the Malta licensed entity. Support appropriate technology governance, oversight, documentation and controls. Support relevant MGA interactions, audits and information requests relating to the Technology Key Function. Identify and escalate material technology-related risks and dependencies. Who are we looking for? We are looking for someone who combines strong product management experience with practical payments expertise and understands the realities of working within a regulated online gaming environment. You: Have 4+ years of product management experience , combined with practical experience in payments , preferably within iGaming. Have a strong understanding of online casino products and player journeys . Have hands-on experience with payment service providers and payment integrations . Understand payment flows, deposits, withdrawals, refunds, chargebacks and payment performance. Have experience working with Product, Technology and Engineering teams in an agile environment. Understand customer experience, conversion and product optimisation and can use data to identify improvements. Have experience within a regulated environment ; MGA knowledge is a strong advantage. Are comfortable assuming the Technology Key Function role and its associated responsibilities. Have strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills. Can manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment. Are proactive, hands-on and comfortable taking ownership. Communicate fluently and professionally in English . Are based in, or willing to relocate to, Malta . What’s in it for you?
