We are seeking a Maintenance Technician II to join our team and play a key role in maintaining, repairing, and optimizing manufacturing equipment and facility systems. Why join us? Full benefits $32-$35.00 per hour depending on experience Plenty of Overtime (50 hour work weeks) Growth potential Job Details About the role You'll keep our production equipment running. That means routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on machinery and facilities equipment. You'll work independently most of the time, with support from a team and limited supervision. You'll also help train newer technicians and machine operators. What you'll do Diagnose and repair equipment problems on your own, from mechanical issues to basic electrical faults Run electrical and mechanical tests to find root causes Perform preventative maintenance and keep schedules on track Help install and commission new equipment Operate production machines when needed Mentor Level 1 technicians and machine operators Track spare parts inventory Document what you did and flag recurring issues at shift handoff Suggest improvements that cut costs or boost productivity Keep your work area and equipment clean and follow all safety rules What you bring 2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting Solid mechanical aptitude, including pumps, piping, and conveyors Basic electrical knowledge (110/220/480 volt) A logical approach to troubleshooting and the judgment to prioritize production needs Comfort with a computer for work orders, spreadsheets, and reporting Clear communication and reliable attendance Nice to have (we'll train) PLC or robotics exposure Packaging equipment (case erectors, case sealers, palletizers) Liquid fill equipment Pipe fitting and plumbing repair General building maintenance Physical requirements Lift up to 50 lbs Stand or walk for long stretches, up to 10-12 hours a day, 6 days a week when needed Climb stairs, push, pull, reach, and grip repetitively Work in a plant without climate control, including loud areas, heat, confined or elevated spaces, and near moving parts and chemicals Interested in hearing more?
