Senior Human Resources Professional

We are looking for a Senior Human Resources Professional to join an international organization and support a broad range of Human Resources activities in Türkiye. Key Responsibilities Support day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle processes Support recruitment, onboarding, and orientation activities Coordinate training and development activities based on organizational and employee needs Contribute to performance management and employee development processes Support organizational development initiatives and HR projects Contribute to employee engagement, internal communication, and company culture activities Support the planning and coordination of internal HR events and employee initiatives Maintain accurate HR data and documentation and contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a generalist role Experience working in multinational or corporate environments is preferred Experience in recruitment, training & development, performance management, or employee engagement processes Familiarity with HR systems and digital HR tools Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills Good command of written and spoken English
