JOB SUMMARY: The Facilities Crew supports the campus pre and post events. This includes the setup and teardown of weekend services and special events as well as minor repairs and general maintenance. This role works with various Christ Fellowship staff and volunteers. All candidates must be available to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends. This is a temporary position for up to 12 weeks, working 40 hours per week, beginning in October. JOB DUTIES: Lead and develop volunteer teams to help meet the high demand of ministry needs at Christ Fellowship. Fully support these volunteer teams by resourcing them with materials, technology, training, moral encouragement, and your illuminating smile. Set up and tear down facilities for services, meetings, classrooms, conferences, events, etc. on and off campus. Maintain the building with minor repairs and general maintenance. Support and enforce all policies of Christ Fellowship, such as OSHA rules, church health and safety regulations, and guidelines, etc. Logistically support many aspects of large campus events. EDUCATION: High School Diploma CERTIFICATION OR LICENSES: Florida Driver's License RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE: 2-4 years of relevant experience Requires knowledge of cleaning products and safety Must be able to physically lift 40 lbs. or more Must be able to stand for long periods of time and be able to bend, stoop, carry, and reach JOB SPECS: Classification: Full-time, hourly (non-exempt), temporary, working 40 hours per week. Role will start in October, for 4-8 weeks.Reporting to: Facilities Director
