Senior Full Stack Engineer (Angular/Node.js/MongoDB)

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to design, build, and maintain software applications that support business processes and user needs. This role leads implementation of significant capabilities, raises the quality and craftsmanship of products and systems, and mentors teammates. It emphasizes reliability, security, observability, and reuse. This is a hybrid position with a regular onsite presence. Key Responsibilities Write, test, and document technical work products, including code, scripts, and processes, according to organizational standards and practices Raise the quality and craftsmanship of products and systems Conduct root cause analysis to identify domain-level problems and prescribe action items to mitigate them Design self-contained systems within the team’s domain and lead implementation of significant capabilities in existing systems Coach team members on techniques to improve reliability, resiliency, security, and performance Decompose intricate and interconnected designs into implementations that less experienced engineers can build and maintain Anticipate trouble areas in systems under development and guide the team on instrumentation for observability and supportability Define test suites and instrumentation to ensure latency and availability targets are consistently met in production Lead by example in closing open vulnerabilities Evaluate potential attack surfaces, identify best practices to mitigate them, and guide teams in implementation Lead the team in identifying small batches of work that deliver the highest value quickly Advocate for reuse as a first-class consideration in all team implementations Formally mentor teammates and guide their learning journeys Identify opportunities to introduce new approaches to problems Required Qualifications Angular development experience Node.js development experience MongoDB experience Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience and training Experience designing, developing, and implementing large-scale solutions in production environments Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience and training
