We are looking for a Project Manager who brings that same care to every home. The Role As a Project Manager, you will be the primary representative and point of contact for your projects, ensuring each one is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. You will coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and internal resources, manage risk proactively, and keep communication seamless from kickoff to final walkthrough. What You'll Do Lead weekly client meetings and provide daily updates, guiding clients through selections, change orders, and milestones with clarity and professionalism. Manage all project communication between clients, subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and our internal team. Develop and manage project plans that align scope, schedule, cost, quality, and resources. Maintain a daily onsite presence to oversee schedule adherence, quality control, cleanliness, and safety. Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and manage change orders with clear documentation. Supervise subcontractors and consultants, conduct regular site inspections, and evaluate performance. Identify and mitigate risks early, resolve scheduling and billing issues, and escalate when appropriate while keeping ownership of the outcome. Keep project records current in Buildertrend, including schedules, change orders, daily logs, and task tracking. Ensure all work meets CopeGrand standards, building codes, and safety regulations, and share feedback that helps improve our processes. What You Bring 5+ years of experience managing high-end residential construction projects. Proven track record building custom homes valued at $2 million and above. Experience with Buildertrend or similar construction management software. Buildertrend strongly preferred. Strong budgeting, scheduling, and change order management skills. Clear, confident communication with clients, subcontractors, and team members. Exceptional organization and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
