Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field Knowledge and experience in Human Resources or closely related areas Sales recruiting and mass recruiting is a plus Excellent command of English, with the ability to communicate professionally in both written and spoken Result-oriented mindset with a proactive approach, taking end-to-end ownership of tasks to ensure their successful completion Strong stakeholder management skills, capable of building trust-based relationships with teams at all levels and fostering effective collaborations Following AI and digital technologies; willingness to develop processes with a focus on automation, innovation, and efficiency How can you make an impact? Support talent acquisition processes to ensure the timely identification and hiring of top candidates. Collaborate with business units to update job descriptions and competency profiles for open positions, initiating the recruitment cycle. Monitor and utilize relevant career platforms and candidate tracking applications effectively. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (candidate screening, interview scheduling, inventory applications, reference checks, interview evaluations) in close coordination with the team. Contribute to the development and enhancement of recruitment processes and strategies. Play an active role in strategic projects, providing valuable insights and support. Regularly update and report on process and candidate data, sharing data-driven insights to optimize decision-making. What we will offer you?
